"To help others and keep growing"
My story
I approach each person individually, with a holistic approach – one that integrates many levels: physical, psychological and dietary.
In my assessment I use osteopathic scanning, which lets me get to know the patient's whole body and how tension in different parts of the body is related. This helps me with diagnosis and choosing the therapy.
I constantly try to develop and update my knowledge and look for new solutions and therapies so that I can help others as well as possible.
First and foremost, my work is guided by the principle "first find the cause, then eliminate the symptoms".
Education and experience
I graduated in 2019 from the University of Physical Education in Krakow.
Since 2023 I have also been studying osteopathy at the Academy of Osteopathy in Krakow.
I have been working in physiotherapy since 2014 – back then I was already helping to treat patients at my father's practice, where I also learned alongside my studies.
Since graduating, I have treated patients at practices in Krosno and Krakow.
Continuing professional development as a physiotherapist is a key part of improving my skills and raising the quality of patient care.
How I work
I treat patients struggling with pain, orthopaedic and neurological problems, high levels of stress and psychosomatic complaints. I also work with people after injuries using the MTM method and fascial manipulation, which aim to find the original source of pain or the pathological biomechanical pattern causing it.
I specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of dental-related problems, the temporomandibular joints, headaches, and spinal and limb pain. I run a therapy called Anti-Stress, which aims to bring maximum calm and deep relaxation to stressed people who notice a link between stress and tension in their body, known as psychosomatisation.
I perform my own version of KOBIDO massage, aimed at improving circulation in the tissues of the face, neck and décolletage. I combine the massage with kinesiology taping, i.e. elastic tapes.
The methods I use in my work include: osteopathic structural integration techniques, myofascial massage, deep tissue massage, HVLA manipulation of the peripheral joints and spine, the Japanese spinal adjustment method Yumeiho, vagus nerve therapy, the Manual Muscle Testing method, urological therapy for men, neurodiagnostics, and therapeutic, relaxing and sports massage.
Courses and training
So far I have completed many specialist training courses in osteopathic therapy, temporomandibular joint therapy, stress-related therapy, orthopaedic and sports physiotherapy, massage, and neurodiagnostics aimed at finding the cause of pain.

Interview with Konrad Niziankiewicz · published with the patient’s consentI highly recommend physiotherapist Konrad Niziankiewicz – professional, committed and genuinely effective. From the very first appointment I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. Thanks to his help I quickly noticed an improvement. He is also very kind and creates a friendly atmosphere during appointments.
A cosy green practice
My daughter had an appointment with Mr Konrad – a very nice way with children, he quickly built a rapport with her. He thoroughly examined what was causing her open-mouth problem, recommended suitable exercises to do at home and follow-up appointments every so often to monitor how her muscles are working with the orthodontic brace.
An added bonus is the convenient location – close to public transport, with a large car park on Wolska Street.
Recommended
I first came to this practice over a year ago and I can say with complete conviction that it was a very good decision. From the start I have felt looked after here, and every appointment takes place in a professional yet very friendly atmosphere.
I work with Konrad on a regular basis – he is an excellent specialist with extensive knowledge, who explains everything thoroughly and always tailors the therapy to the individual problem. Thanks to his approach, the results of our work really show.
I also greatly value the fact that the practice has a team of specialists. I have complete trust in them and plan to make use of help from other people at this centre in the future as well.
I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place with a professional approach, extensive knowledge and genuine care for the patient.
