Pelvic floor physiotherapy
Pelvic floor (urogynaecological) physiotherapy is a specialist field of physiotherapy concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of problems related to the function of the pelvic floor muscles, the urinary and reproductive systems and the digestive system, mainly in women but also in men.

What our patients say
I am very pleased with our appointment with Ms Marta. From the very beginning her tremendous commitment and professionalism were evident. Ms Marta took a very thorough history, asked about the details and calmly explained everything. I felt that she genuinely wanted to understand the whole situation, rather than just quickly assess my child.
The appointment lasted a full hour and forty minutes – nobody rushed us, and all the attention was focused on my daughter. I really appreciate that Ms Marta had her own opinion and didn't just say what a parent would like to hear. She was able to present her observations calmly and objectively, even when they differed from my assumptions.
She has a wonderful way with such young children. You could see a great deal of patience and experience. Even when my daughter didn't always want to cooperate, Ms Marta was able to adapt the assessment to what she could manage. I left with a wealth of knowledge and the feeling that my child had been in good hands. I definitely recommend Ms Marta.
I warmly recommend Ms Weronika! I came to her at 30 weeks pregnant with terrible back pain radiating to my breastbone, which meant I could only sit and had trouble breathing. Ms Weronika showed tremendous knowledge, complete professionalism, commitment and empathy. She used gentle, safe techniques as well as taping. The relief was immediate – I left the practice pain-free, could finally breathe freely and lie down without pain. A wonderful specialist!
I've just had my first appointment with Ms Weronika Kukuś and I'm left with a very positive impression. Ms Weronika was professional, took a thorough history, explained everything clearly and proposed a treatment plan. The appointment took place in a pleasant atmosphere and I felt very well looked after.
I truly recommend her with all my heart!
You feel looked after from your very first contact with the practice! The receptionist is absolutely lovely. The appointment itself with Weronika Kukuś, MSc – worth every złoty. A fantastic approach to the patient; every part of the appointment was discussed so that nothing would take me by surprise or feel uncomfortable. The factors the doctor focused on were analysed in detail according to their importance, followed by a summary of which muscle work I should concentrate on after the appointment. During the appointment the doctor checked several times that everything was clear to me, worked with me at the pace I needed and, as I say, from the very first moments at FizjoStyl I felt that as a patient I had come to a place where I matter most and where everyone is keen to help me and make sure I feel comfortable. We need more places like this!
I highly recommend physiotherapist Konrad Niziankiewicz – professional, committed and genuinely effective. From the very first appointment I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. Thanks to his help I quickly noticed an improvement. He is also very kind and creates a friendly atmosphere during appointments.
A cosy green practice
My daughter had an appointment with Mr Konrad – a very nice way with children, he quickly built a rapport with her. He thoroughly examined what was causing her open-mouth problem, recommended suitable exercises to do at home and follow-up appointments every so often to monitor how her muscles are working with the orthodontic brace.
An added bonus is the convenient location – close to public transport, with a large car park on Wolska Street.
Recommended
Highly recommended! As soon as you walk in, you can see that the practice is attractive and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes you feel at ease. The urogynaecological physiotherapy was carried out professionally and with great attentiveness. Ms Weronika is exceptionally competent – it's immediately clear that she has extensive knowledge and experience. The appointment took place in a relaxed atmosphere and I felt completely looked after. I will certainly be back, both to continue the therapy and for other treatments.
I definitely recommend Ms Karolina Rado – an absolute sweetheart, helpful and so lovely. Every session takes place in a pleasant atmosphere and is very comfortable 🙂 after the very first appointment I already felt hopeful that things would get better 🙂
