**Physiotherapy after injury** is a comprehensive process aimed at restoring full function and mobility to the body after an injury.

When working with a patient, we carry out a careful assessment, identifying the areas affected by the **injury** .

The treatment plan includes therapies that reduce **pain** , reduce **swelling** and restore **mobility** . Using a variety of techniques, including strengthening, stretching and balance exercises, patients gradually regain their fitness.

**Manual techniques** and functional training are key to improving joint stability. Physiotherapists tailor rehabilitation plans to individual needs, monitoring progress and adjusting therapy as needed to speed up the return to **full activity.**

### How much does rehabilitation after injury cost?

A rehabilitation session lasts 45–55 minutes and costs 190 zł; physiotherapy with Konrad Niziankiewicz – 45 minutes, 230 zł.

### Do you offer rehabilitation after ankle, knee or shoulder surgery?

Yes. We provide rehabilitation after injuries and surgery to the ankle, knee, shoulder and spine – for example after an ankle sprain, a dislocated shoulder, ACL reconstruction or a knee replacement.

### What does rehabilitation after injury look like?

We start with a careful assessment of the areas affected by the injury. Then we use therapies to reduce pain and swelling, manual techniques, and strengthening, stretching and balance exercises, adjusting the plan as you progress.

### Do you treat neck pain after an injury or accident?

Yes. Among other things, we work with neck pain, wry neck and whiplash injuries after road traffic accidents.

### Do I need a referral?

No. You can book a visit without a referral – just choose a time online or give us a call.

### Do you accept patients through the NFZ (Poland's public health fund)?
