Rules

## Good to know

- The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- A service voucher covers the service named on it; a voucher for an amount covers any services from the price list, also over several visits.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- A visit can be rescheduled like any other visit – up to 24 hours before it starts.
- The voucher can be used at both clinics: ul. Wolska 2a and Kliny (ul. Wicherkiewicza 23/K).
