I help patients get back to full fitness **after injuries and surgery** and reduce complaints caused by overuse or a **sedentary lifestyle.** In therapy I combine manual work with individually tailored exercises to **restore freedom of movement** and comfort in everyday **life** . I am a **graduate** of the University of Physical Education in Krakow, and I have also **developed my skills abroad** – including at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, where I took part in a programme in **physiotherapy and sport.** I have also completed the **Soft Tissue Therapy course** in Poznań, which allows me to combine academic knowledge effectively with clinical practice.
