From the age of 7 I **trained intensively** in ballroom dancing, which taught me the secrets of **biomechanics** step by step, from the practical side. This is incredibly important, because once we realise which muscle groups hold our back upright or straighten our knees, we also know what we still need to **strengthen or relax** to achieve the **results** we are hoping for. I currently train in folk dance regularly and, out of passion, I closely follow most sports, looking at both the results and the **techniques used** in each discipline. At secondary school, thanks to my biology teacher, I was able to expand my knowledge of how the **human body** is built and how it works. I took part in the regional Biology Competition, where I twice reached the provincial level and became a **finalist** . Even then, understanding the **physiology** of the human body's systems came easily to me. So what could my decision be after my final school exams? **Physiotherapy, of course** – the perfect combination of my passion for **sport and medicine** . I look forward to welcoming you 🙂 ## FizjoStyl – physiotherapy Krakow ### I see my future in paediatric physiotherapy I currently work with both adults and children – and it is with children in particular that I see **my future** . Why this direction? Dance camps as a participant, and then sports day camps **as a group leader** , helped me understand **the needs of the youngest** better and develop the right approach. While still at university I started working as a **corrective exercise instructor** . Postural defects in young people and abnormal motor development in **pre-school** patients are things I handle with confidence, so together we can achieve **the results you expect** . I feel that **paediatric physiotherapy** is the area I would most like to **specialise** in. ## Continuous development and training courses When working with patients, I mainly focus on **locating** and releasing tense structures, **finding the cause** , relieving pain and taking **preventive** action so the symptoms do not return. Thanks to the **courses** I have completed and continuous self-development, I specialise in a comprehensive approach to **spinal health** , targeted manual therapy to restore full fitness, and manual **scar work** . I use deep tissue massage, **classic massage** and therapeutic massage, as well as **relaxation** massage. I adapt my work to each **patient's** requirements so that I meet their expectations and everyone who comes to me leaves **relaxed and satisfied** .
